RETURNS - SERIALIZED, BESPOKE or VINTAGE
- We make every effort to provide unique, high quality products and accurate descriptions however we do not offer refunds on SERIALIZED, BESPOKE or VINTAGE items.
RETURNS - ACCESSORIES
- Product replacement or refund/consideration is approved case-by-case, only if requested within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date subject the terms and limitations listed below.
- Returned products must be in a new, as-shipped state, saleable and in original condition. Our staff has sole discretion in determining whether the product is in saleable condition upon its return.
- Replacement is free of charge if items are sent to us via our shipper using pre-paid return labels ONLY.
- Contact us via email to request a return or replacement and we will provide instructions to complete your return.
EXACT REPLACEMENT and REPLACEMENT
- Due to the nature of our unique product lines we cannot offer exact replacements on any item. You may exchange an item for replacement of equal or lesser value plus refund, but final decisions will be made by our staff.
- If you replace an item for another item of greater value due to size or configuration, you shall pay the difference in price plus shipping.
- One replacement per item purchased only.
